Kick it at the Curb!

You knew the day would come, but didn't think it would happen so fast...you've outgrown the house you love.  It is time to move up and move on!  Before you can do that, one thing stands in your way...selling your house! 

It is time to purge unneeded items and get the inside looking 'model home' perfect.. tend to all the neglected maintainence items, freshen up paint, and clean, clean , clean!! 

Don't forget to stand outside and take an objective look at your house from the street?  If you were a potential buyer, what would be your FIRST impression?  All the kids toys you think make it looked 'lived in'... they really aren't helping, are they?  The dead plants in the pots by the porch...yea, they should probably go.  Just as you did inside, spruce up the outside too.  Rake leaves, clean and mulch your flowerbeds, wash windows, and pressure wash walks and porches.  Don't forget to plant some flowers to make the view from the street as welcoming as possible.

The first impression is crucial.  Don't think they will see how great your house is once they get inside.  The curb appeal is what will get them IN your house... Make the first look one of your best!
